E-Ticket Delivery

Immediately after booking we will send you a receipt confirming that we received your booking request. Within 24 hours (though often inside of an hour) you will receive your tour confirmation (which serves as proof of your e-ticket) at the email address you provide during the booking process.


FAA requires each passenger to present a government-issued photo identification card in order to board an aircraft, such as a driver's license or passport.

Changes & Cancellations:

All tours booked through this website are, unless otherwise noted, sold as "Internet Discount Fares". These fares, in general, are fully refundable, changeable, and transferable up to 24 hours prior to the start of your tour. If a tour includes any type of hotel or overnight component then the cut-off for any changes becomes 72 hours. Other special rates and fares may have other rules & restrictions.

Terms & Conditions:

A fuel surcharge of $5 to $10 ($45 for Monument Valley) per passenger and is included in your tour price. Maximum weight limit per passenger is 274 lbs, passengers in excess will be required to pay an additional 50% of their base fare. Grand Canyon Airlines is acting as an agent for suppliers of various travel goods and services including but not limited to ground transportation, hotel accommodations, airplane flights, meals, tours, or cruises. Grand Canyon Airlines works with these suppliers in selling travel-related services and/or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that may not be directly supplied, managed, or otherwise provided by Grand Canyon Airlines. Grand Canyon Airlines attempts to represent only suppliers that have shown an acceptable level of stability, dependability, and responsiveness to problems and complaints; nevertheless, Grand Canyon Airlines cannot and does not control the actions or inactions of the suppliers it represents. Therefore, Grand Canyon Airlines shall not be responsible for any breach of contract, failure to comply with any laws including but not limited to the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any intentional or negligent actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers resulting in any loss, property damage, delay, inconvenience, or personal injury to travelers, travelers' companions, or group members, including but not limited to any losses resulting from changes in suppliers' rates, losses in connection with bookings, reservations, connections, or scheduling problems, or losses arising out of the handling or loss of baggage or other personal effects. Grand Canyon Airlines shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or deficiencies, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside Grand Canyon Airlines' control. Grand Canyon Airlines is not responsible for changes in currency valuation.

NOTICE: Traveler is hereby warned of the possibility of travel industry bankruptcies, climatic disruptions, natural disasters, civil unrest, terrorist activities, and the possibility that the traveler may be unable to travel as scheduled because of personal emergency, medical problems, or other exigencies beyond Grand Canyon Airlines’s control. Passengers booked on an Air Grand Canyon, Grand Canyon Airlines, or Scenic Airlines flight may be transported on a flight operated by and of these three companies, each of which holds an FAA Air Carrier Certificate and operates as a separate airline under Part 135 of the Federal Aviation Regulations. Passenger seating capacity of aircraft operated by the companies ranges from 5 to 19. Air Grand Canyon, Grand Canyon Airlines and Scenic Airlines have common ownership.

Papillon Airways, Inc., d/b/a Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters, also d/b/a Grand Canyon Helicopters, will operate any helicopter flight(s) you have booked. Grand Canyon Airlines, Inc., d/b/a Grand Canyon Scenic Airlines, will operate any airplane flight(s) you have booked. Papillon and Grand Canyon are FAA-certified air carriers and each has operated continuously for more than 50 years.

Federal law prohibits hazardous materials from being transported on aircraft including checked and carry-on baggage. Items such as explosives, ammunition, compressed gases, aerosols, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers organic peroxides, toxic and infectious materials, radioactive materials, corrosives, poisons, wet and lithium batteries, e-cigarettes, dry-ice and many other articles are considered hazardous.

Personal items such as deodorant, hairspray, nail polish, perfume and certain medicines although considered hazardous are permitted in baggage in limited quantities. Some items such as spare lithium batteries and e-cigarettes are allowed as carry-on but are forbidden in checked baggage. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily and expressly assumes all risks associated with such travel, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. Grand Canyon Airlines and the suppliers of ground transportation, hotel accommodations, airplane flights, meals, tours, cruises, and various other goods and services reserve the right to change the accommodations, flights, and any and all details of the tour itinerary as needed. The travelers’ booking of reservations or utilization of tickets after receipt of this information will constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to provide copies hereof to his/her companions or group members together with an explanation that if they embark, they do so subject to these Terms & Conditions. The tour price includes the sum of $64.63 for South Rim tours and $50.88 for West Rim tours, which the parties agree represents the price paid for air transportation between the departure airport and the destination airport. The balance of the tour price represents the price paid for non-air transportation tour products and services, including the following, if part of the tour and otherwise applicable: airport passenger facility fees and charges, ground transportation, tour guide services, tour narration, entertainment facilities, National Park entrance fees, and park overflight fees, and food and beverages.


We provide child prices on most tours. Those prices apply to children ages 2-11.
